What you pay depends on your plan and your benefits rather than on where the session happens. We check your specific coverage and give you the real figure before you commit.

Arizona allows direct access, so a physical therapist can evaluate you without a physician referral. Some insurance plans still require one, and Medicare home health has its own rules. Tell us your plan and we will confirm.
