About us

The people who will actually treat you

A physical therapy clinic in north Phoenix and a mobile team that treats patients at home across the Valley. Founded by Rumy Petkov.

AllOne Healthcare treats people who want their movement back: after a surgery, after a fall, after months of a shoulder that will not settle. Some come to our clinic on N 19th Avenue. Others cannot easily get there, so we go to them instead. It is the same care either way, from the same clinicians, billed through the same insurance.

Meet the team

AllOne Healthcare was founded by Rumy Petkov. These are the people you are most likely to work with, in the clinic and at home.

Haddar “Darrie” Ichilov, PT

Physical Therapist

Darrie is a highly experienced physical therapist with more than three decades of experience helping patients return to the activities they love. Darrie is the Physical Therapist at AllOne Healthcare, specializing in outpatient rehabilitation with a strong focus on orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.

Darrie graduated from the New York University Physical Therapy Program in 1993. In 1995 he moved to Scottsdale, Arizona where he entered private practice. Throughout his 33 years in the profession, he has developed extensive expertise in orthopedic rehab and is well known for his hands-on, individualized approach to patient care. Darrie treats musculoskeletal conditions affecting the spine and extremities using a variety of advanced manual therapy techniques, including muscle energy techniques, joint and neural mobilization, muscular releases and targeted stretching.

Darrie's passion for physical therapy extends beyond treating patients. Over the course of his career, he has invented and developed specialized tools, examination techniques, and treatment methods for spinal disorders. His innovative approaches have been used to assist in the evaluation and treatment of back pain and other spinal conditions.

Darrie has shared his knowledge and experience by lecturing on manual therapy techniques at clinics and professional organizations throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. He is fluent in Hebrew and enjoys connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.

Outside of the clinic, he enjoys cooking and spending quality time with his family. His combination of experience, innovation, and genuine dedication to his patients makes him an invaluable part of the AllOne Healthcare family.

McKenna

Physical Therapist Assistant, mobile team

McKenna is a Physical Therapist Assistant originally from Minnesota. Her interest in physical therapy began while competing in cross country and track at the University of Nevada, Reno, where she worked closely with athletic trainers while managing patellar tendinitis. That experience sparked an appreciation for rehabilitation, movement, and the impact that the right support can have on helping someone return to the activities they love.

With a lifelong passion for sports and movement, McKenna enjoys helping people build confidence, improve their mobility, and work toward their highest level of independence and potential.

Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, scuba diving, hiking, and spending time outdoors.

Adwin “Eddie” Khabeer

Physical Therapy Technician and Interpreter

Eddie is a valued member of our team, working as a Physical Therapy Technician and Interpreter. Born and raised in Baghdad, Iraq, Eddie brings a unique combination of cultural knowledge, compassion and enthusiasm to everything he does. He is fluent in Arabic, Assyrian and English, allowing him to connect and support patients from a variety of backgrounds.

Outside of the clinic, he is an accomplished Assyrian actor and the co-host of the popular social media show The Eddie & Ednan Show. His outgoing personality and natural ability to connect with people shine both on and off screen.

Eddie is an avid soccer player and a devoted supporter of Liverpool Football Club in England. When he is not working or playing soccer, you can find him putting his self-proclaimed “Mr. Fix-it” skills to work. He genuinely enjoys helping others and is always willing to lend a hand, solve a problem, or figure out how to make something work.

Eddie's positive attitude and helpful nature make him a wonderful part of the AllOne family.

Jaime Honaker

Office Manager

Jaime is an experienced Office Manager with over 18 years of experience in the physical therapy field. She began her career working in the back office, allowing her to gain valuable hands-on experience and a strong understanding of patient care and clinic operations. Over the last decade she has grown into her role as an Office Manager and enjoys supporting both our patients and our team while helping to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Jaime is a lifelong Arizona native. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Jaime is passionate about creating a welcoming environment for our patients and being part of a team that helps people live their best lives.

Our in-home services are also delivered by licensed occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, skilled nurses, certified home health aides and licensed medical social workers.

What we do

Under Rumy Petkov's direction the practice covers more than physical therapy alone. Across the clinic and the in-home team we provide:

  • Physical therapy. Manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, dry needling and CranioSacral therapy, for orthopedic and musculoskeletal problems.
  • Occupational therapy. Getting back the daily activities that matter: bathing, dressing, cooking, and the home modifications that make them safer.
  • Speech therapy. Speech, language, swallowing and cognitive communication, delivered by licensed speech-language pathologists.
  • Skilled nursing. Medical care at home for patients who need clinical oversight between doctor visits.
  • Home health aides. Personal care, mobility support, meal preparation and medication reminders.
  • Medical social work. Help navigating Medicare, Medicaid and community resources, and support for families making hard decisions.

How care actually works here

A full session, with one therapist

Sessions run 45 to 60 minutes. Your therapist stays with you for the appointment rather than moving between several patients at once.

The same therapist each time

That is the intent. Continuity is a large part of why hands-on care works, because the person treating you already knows what changed since last week.

Your benefits checked first

We verify your coverage before your first visit and tell you what you would owe up front, rather than after the fact.

A real opening, not a best case

Most new patients are seen within a week. If we cannot fit you in soon enough, we will tell you that too.

Who we treat

Back pain and sciatica, neck and shoulder pain, hip and knee pain, arthritis, foot and ankle pain, balance and gait problems, chronic pain, headaches, dizziness and vertigo, and post-surgical recovery. Our in-home services are built for seniors and people with chronic illness or mobility limits, patients recovering from surgery, injury or a hospital stay, and people living with neurological conditions such as stroke, Parkinson's and Alzheimer's.

About mobile care

Insurance and referrals

Many of our services are covered by Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance plans, and our team can help verify coverage and explain your options. Arizona allows direct access, so you can be evaluated by a physical therapist without a physician referral. Some plans still require one before they will pay, and Medicare home health has its own rules. Tell us your plan when you call and we will confirm what yours needs before you come in.
